Licensed Health and Life insurance Agent/Adjuster in FL, NH, MA, NJ, CT, RI and NY. Providing guidance with commercial and ACA HMO and PPO polices. Review of current policy to determine coverage and review all options with current plan and new policy options if current policy does not meet medical needs. I provide assistance with surrogacy, newborn and egg donors managing claims for health coverage, exclusions and denials. Licensed Health and Life insurance claims adjuster provide assistance with commercial insurance policies, in and out of network provider management, denials, appeals and negotiations. I provide assistance with current employee policies to determine if they are surrogate friendly and review provider checks to confirm OB/GYN, facilities and NICU's are available in-network. Once the policy is in place I will assist or manage claims to confirm all provider invoices are submitted to insurance correctly and insurance has paid per the policy guidelines.
